Ministry of Transport and Infastructural Development is making progress in Bulawayo -Maphisa road rehabilitation.

Transport Minister Hon Felix Mhona told the media during a tour on Thursday emphasised that the second Republic believes in action more than words.

“We are happy as the second Republic to rehabilitate all roads as our President Emmerson Mnangagwa always says we are leaving no place behind so today we are in Matebeland South checking progress on Bulawayo Maphisa Road, Mhona said.

Provincial Engineer Mangisi Nkomo said the 114 kilometer stretch is being worked on by several contractors.

” We have a 114-kilometer Road project, and several construction companies are working on the project ” he added.

The tour was attended by the media, parastatals  under  the Ministry of transport , Minister of state for Matebeleland South Albert Nguluvhe and senior security officers.
