Chief Nyamaropa of Mount Darwin sought the intervention of Glendale based traditional healer Sekuru Nyangatayani to come up with a verdict of a witchcraft case.
The Chipamuriwo clan was sent to sekuru Nyangatayani’s shrine in Glendale on Monday to see who was tormenting the family.
To demonstrate his power Sekuru Nyangatayani made sure everyone went through his medicines and one of the elders was caught.
He confessed that it was his second time being caught but it not something that he sought.
“This is my second time being labelled a wizard it is not something that l sought but it is spiritual so Sekuru Nyangatayani please help me l no longer need these things,” lamented the man.
Sekuru Nyangatayani responded saying, “It is pathetic that goblins are tormenting the clan and you are using them but it is not your fault and the family should not attack you but it is spiritual but if you all agree l will help you destroy the evil spirits, Nyangatayani said.
Chief Nyamaropa’s advisor who was present at the scene thanked Sekuru Nyangatayani for helping in coming out with a clear verdict.
“With the help of Sekuru Nyangatayani we are now able to give judgment on this matter because everyone witnessed the case and the suspect pleaded guilty,” Chief Nyamaropa’s advisor said.
