There was drama at Broc Compound Bindura where a 17 year old minor was lured by a 49 year old commercial sex worker’s house for night sex.
The commercial sex worker Tracy Chisale lured the minor name withheld to her room and became intimate.
Hell broke loose when the minor’s mother caught the two in the act.
The matter came to light on Friday at Bindura magistrate court where Chisale appeared facing having sexual intercourse with a minor.
She told the court that she did not know he was a minor since they were drinking beer at a beerhall.
“Your worship l did not know that he is a minor in my 22 years sex work l have known that children are not allowed in a bar, ” she lamented.
She was therefore acquitted after the court ruled that she could not have known that the complaint was a minor.
The two hooked at Zeno beerhall , Chipadze in Bindura on February 22.
