A 40-YEAR-OLD sex starved Mpoengs man is regretting fondling a neighbour’s thighs and buttocks without her consent.
Christopher Mguni appeared before magistrate Joshua Nembaware who remanded him in custody to December 1.
The state led by Sheila Nyathi alleged sometime in December 2021 Mguni went to his neighbour’s kitchen and found the complainant inside.
He fondled her thighs and the complainant slapped her before telling Mguni’s mother about the incident.
On 12 November he also fondled the complainant’s buttocks and she went to Mguni’s brother.
The next day Mguni sent ZAR 500 to his brother to give the complainant as money for forgiveness but she refused and filed a police report.
