Rising jazz music band Raviro stars is making good stride in the musical industry.
The Mvurwi based band which was started last month by Richard Muvaro who was with now defunct Dombomaringa music group is optimistic that his group will match the current music standards.
The group was identified by the music promoter Moses Chirambiwa who assisted them with instruments.
Chirambiwa told this publication that he saw potential in the group and he is assisting them both socially and financially.
“I have given instruments to the band after seeing their commitment to music and they have held shows in Mvurwi and Guruve respectively,” Chirambiwa said.
Raviro stars shared the stage last week with Progress Chipfumo at Guruve hotel where they mesmerized legions of fans.
Music promoter Monica “Mai Mabhena” Chikanda pledged to keep supporting the group.
“We called them at our hotel recently and they performed well together with Progress Chipfumo, fans were happy and we are looking forward to keep working with them.” Mai Mabhena said.
The group is made up of the front man Muvaro who plays the lead and does the vocals , Charles Pasipanodya on rhythm ,drummer Courage Mumvuri, with the bass guitar bieng handled by Nasho.
