Failure to control temper has landed Plumtree based Sindiso Ndlovu in soup.
The matter came to light at Plumtree magistrates courts where he appeared before Plumtree magistrate Mr Joshua Nembaware
The state led by Sheila Nyathi alleged that on 21 June 2025 at around 4pm, the complainant was at Tokwana Business Center where he met the accused who then went on to demand his sim card from him.
After being told that the sim card was at home, the accused ordered the complainant to go and collect it and as he was leaving, the accused slapped him twice on both cheeks and went on to pick a wooden pick handle and began to hit the complainant all over the body.
The accused was remanded out of custody to July 24.
