A 52-YEAR-OLD Mount Darwin man is in trouble after he allegedly dragged a 14-year old girl in the garden and raped her once without protection.
David Mushure of Kandeya village,Mount Darwin appeared before Bindura regional magistrate Amos Mbobo yesterday and was remanded in custody to May 12.
The state led by Clever Nyapfani alleged sometime in January at Tangenhamo village, Mount Darwin Mushure dragged the complaint in the garden and raped her.
After the act the old man threatened the minor with death if she revealed the case to anyone.
She eventually told her guardian about the abuse and a police report was filed.
She was medically examined with the results showing that penetration was effected.
