Glandale based Mutsawashe Makosa was electrocuted and died on the spot while looking for mangos in a Mango tree yesterday.
The sixteen year old Makosa was electrocuted by a ZESA cable and died instantly.
Mashonaland Central deputy police spokesperson Lucy Chigwenhese confirmed the case.
“I can confirm a case of sudden death in Glendale where a juvenile was fatally electrocuted after holding a ZESA wire,” Chigwenhese said.
The body of the deceased was taken to Concession hospital mortuary for postmortem.
