In a bizarre incident a 37 year old Madziwa man was caught raping his daughter by his wife after the girl screamed for help.
The matter came to light at Bindura regional magistrate yesterday, where the father (name withheld) appeared before magistrate Elisha Singano.
Singano remanded the accused in custody until November 28.
The state led by Clever Nyapfani alleged that on November 1 the suspect was left alone in the dinning by his wife.
Hours latter he followed his fifteen year old daughter in her room and forced her to undress.
He started raping her and she screamed for help whilst he was on top of her.
The alert mother came to the rescue of her daughter and saw her naked while the father was wearing a shot with his manhood out.
He was arrested and dragged to court.
