Musician Chipo Muchegwa has patterned prominent Glendale based traditional healer Sekuru Nyangatayani in giving back to the community-to the disadvantaged.
The duo went to Masembura village in Bindura where they donated groceries and money to Blessing Nelson a girl aged 13years who is living with a disability.
Sekuru Nyangatayani is paying Blessing’s mother $150 per month since 2024.
Chipo said she was happy to see one of her own getting assistance through the benevolence of Sekuru Nyangatayani
“It really feels fulfilling to see Blessing looking this bubbly and healthy, thanks to the love and care she is getting from Sekuru out of Sekuru Nyangatanayani’s generosity.Blessing is just a blessing,” a visibly blissful Chipo said with an infectious smile creasing her face.
Sekuru Nyangatayani said partnering with Chipo is just but one out of eighteen other philanthropic initiatives he is partaking and to him it is a calling.
“Partnering with Chipo to assist Blessing is one out of eighteen other philanthropic works as I help in different ways.To me, assisting those in need is spontaneous, in fact, I would say it’s a calling and I will not stop helping Blessing and her mother until the day I die,” Sekuru Nyangatayani humbly said.
