City bus loader Mayibongwe Nyathi (22) is in trouble after he allegedly stole a boxer short belonging to his supervisor.
The matter came to light at Plumtree magistrates courts on Friday where he appeared before magistrate Joshua Nembaware.
He pleaded not guilty and he was remanded in custody to March 31.
The state led by Selestine Madziwa alleged sometime in January, Nyathi stole a boxer short belonging to Tutsirai Makambaya who is his supervisor.
On March 25 the supervisor visited Nyathi’s house and discovered his missing boxer short in Nyathi’s room.
Nyathi confessed after confrontation that he had stolen the boxer short from his supervisor.
It was also established that he had stolen another boxer short belonging to his neighbour Marko Moyo.
All the stolen boxer shorts were recovered.
