Bindura based brothers ,Munyaradzi Chipindu (39) and Tamuka Chipindu (42), are in trouble after they fatally assaulted a neighbour on Christmas Day.
The duo appeared before Bindura magistrate Felix Chauromwe today and were remanded in custody.
The state led by Sheilla Maribha alleged that on December 25 at Piedmont Farm, Bindura, Tamuka saw his fourteen year old son being assaulted by the now deceased and he went on to fight the now deceased Victor Phiri(21).
Tamuka was overpowered and his brother Munyaradzi joined the fight and struck Phiri with an empty bottle on the head and he became unconscious.
He was taken to his house by Good Samaritans hours later, and he passed on.
