Sekuru Nyangatayani said he is encouraging other traditional healers to join the fight.

“I am very happy to be among people who are fighting this pandemic and as we speak l am encouraged my colleagues to join the fight,” Sekuru Nyangatayani said.

He castigated early marriages and encouraged people to adhere to safe sex.

“It is very sad to note that here in Mashonaland Central the rate of early child marriages is worrisome. So, people should stop this trend,” he added.

The meeting was attended by various stakeholders including, Ministry of Women Affairs, Ministry of local government, Zimbabwe Republic Police, people living with disabilities, churches and social services among other key stakeholders.

All the stakeholders shared their views towards the HIV and AIDS pandemic as the fight towards zero new infections continues.
