Miners and tobacco farmers in and around Guruve are ready to meet the King of Sungura, Alick Macheso, who is set to perform at the giant Guruve Hotel on Friday.
Macheso usually goes to meet his fans in Guruve during winter season and this year he did not disappoint.
Guruve Hotel owner Monica “Mai Mabhena” Chikanda said all is in order for tomorrow’s show.
“We are ready to meet the King of Sungura tomorrow and everything is in order,ice cold beverages , parking plus tight security,” Mai Mabhena said.
One miner Sean Mukomida said, “We have been budgeting money for the show and most of Miners here are eager to meet macheso so we are ready for the show.”
John Magwaza a tobacco farmer said, “We know Macheso does not disappointing as he always visit us during our selling season so we will definitely attend the show.”
