A Mazowe prisoner is in trouble after he was dragged to Bindura regional magistrate’s courts facing four counts of indecent assault.
Godfrey Kamupeperere (37) appeared before magistrate Elisha Singano yesterday after he allegedly forced anal sex with a cell mate.
The state alleged sometime in December last year Kamupeperere forced himself on the complainant four times and threatened to assault him if he reveals the matter to anyone.
The matter came to light when the complainant fell sick and was taken to clinic where he revealed that he was indecently assaulted by the accused four times.
He was remanded in custody for trial, unveiling a rare case of perhaps, dual incarceration, being imprisoned while in prison.
